When she is not at the studio she loves to surf, ride her bike, and take her dog to the beach!

Hi! I'm Ryan and I've been a personal trainer since 2010. I chose a career in the fitness industry because I've always found joy in movement. I grew up playing sports such as basketball, baseball, and tennis. I really enjoy training for obstacle course races and surfing. I've worked with many different people and I genuinely enjoy helping everyone. I customize my training approach to each person, with a focus on proper form and technique. And of course, I'll make sure we have a good time at every session!

Natalie has been a life long athlete. She earned a Division 1 scholarship in softball to the University of the Pacific and was inducted into the Hall of Fame. Through her own experience in athletics, coaching, and formal education she has developed a passion and knowledge to teach others. Natalie has over ten years of experience as a personal trainer working with a variety of different people. She loves to help improve the overall health and fitness level of her clients, no matter their age or physical ability. Natalie makes sure to have fun, patience, and care for her clients and their individual wants and needs.

Nary is a devoted personal trainer and mom to an awesome and active 6-year-old. She discovered her love for weightlifting at the age of 7 during Saturday morning workouts with her dad in their backyard. While completing her degree in Medical Anthropology, she ventured into personal training, realizing her passion for empowering others in their fitness journeys. Nary integrates principles from her background in yoga and boxing, creating engaging and effective workout programs that give her clients the results they desire.
