I am a client of Kali Stewart’s and continually thank her for her incredible knowledge and passion regarding living a healthy life with a healthy body. My physical therapist had recommended me see Kali and I am so appreciative at having finally found a personal trainer who truly listens to what my goals for my personal body type are and my desired physique. Over the years I have worked with many personal trainers, following workout plans they apply to all of their clients. I found these one-size fits all workouts never delivered the particular body type I was aiming for. Kali, on the other hand, tailors each workout to each client based on their individual goals. Kali has been my trainer for over a year. She helped me lose body fat, get leaner and train for a marathon. I have since had 2 personal records and in the process of training for my first IRONMAN thanks to Kali’s incredible workouts and nutrition guidance. I couldn’t have done it without her!!!
Training with Kali is such an awesome experience and I look forward to each session (seriously!). When I found out I was pregnant (my first) I was very concerned about what a healthy pregnancy looked like, and really felt I needed some guidance. Kali’s approach to training (and life) guides me through the changes this pregnancy has brought. From day one I could feel how different her approach is to other trainers I had worked with via gyms. She’s so mindful of what my body needs - and she uses that to train me to where I need to be for a fit pregnancy, confident birth, and becoming a healthy mom. (this is just amazing!!) But she also has so much knowledge about the body and form - and explains to me (in language I can understand) what’s really going on and why. It’s complete empowerment.After each session I feel full - of confidence, positivity, and wholeness. Her sessions are not only about training my body, but my attitude toward my body and my approach to what “healthy” really means. Reaching out to a private trainer and rationalizing costs was a big step for me, but what I have gained so far is worth so much more than what I have paid for. I can’t say enough about how lucky I am to get to work with Kali and I only wish I had started sooner.
For YEARS I have struggled with my weight - still am! But Kali ALWAYS gets be back on track! She is a motivating, enthusiastic, hardworking and understanding personal fitness master!
